The price is for goods only. It does not including the shipping、 import tax and tariff and other custom clearance charge.
“Thanks Giving Free Delivery” promotion period: 11/09/2020~11/30/2020. customer who place an order successfully with us during this period subject to this door to door free delivery.
“Fight Covid-19 with You” the first 50 order placed in December, will subject a free delivery service. Started on 1st of December. Benefit to number 1 ~50 orders made successfully on line. The delivery charge will start to count from the 51st order. There will no any notice in advance but the customer is able to see the delivery charge condition in the payment detail before they process the payment.
Please provide correct receiver name、contact information and delivery address. Any false information may lead to delivery failure. We are not obliged to this issue and not accept any return and refund.
After payment succussed, you will given an order number of each order received. You are welcome to log in the member center to check latest order status and shipment status at anytime.
3 working days after your payment succussed, and order received correctly, we will email you with “order confirmation notice” to confirm your order with us. Meanwhile, you are welcome to tracking your order status from member center.
The amount you paid on line is not included your import tax、tariff and related custom clearance charge. It is your obliged to pay to your local custom when the courier service provider informed.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Taiwan.
B. Shipping
Incorrect
delivery address, post code and receiver name and contact information will lead
to delivery failure. Please make sure you provide correct one to us. We are not obliged any loss of compensation
because any of above reasons lead to delivery failure.
We
provide international courier service for door to door delivery, therefore, the
post office Box (P. O. Box) is not accepted.
After
order confirmation, the delivery address will be fixed. Any amendment after
that you will be subjected to extra delivery charge.
Comply
with EU customs regulations, if you live in any European countries, please
provide a valid EORI number (Economic
Operator Registration & Identification Number) or
Tax ID number, correct recipient, delivery address and contact information when
ordering, in order to facilitate customs clearance and operations smoothly, and
prevent unnecessary delivery delays. We should not obliged any loss of
compensation because any of above reasons lead to delivery failure.
The
standard order lead time is 30 days after order confirmation. However, due to
Covid-19 and Christmas high season may cause some unforeseeable circumstance,
the shipping might delay but we will try our best to ship out continuously. The
latest shipping status can be checked from the member center,
you are welcome to
log in to member center anytime.
The estimation of shipping time:
For orders placed before November 6, 2020, it is expected to ship on December 1, 2020. For orders placed after December 1, 2020, shipments are expected to depart after December 31, 2020. We will update the latest shipping status at your member center, please log in and check it anytime.
Due
to this severe period of Covid-19 lead to possible delivery delay, please note that there is a possibility for
not receiving the order before or on the Christmas day. We are not obliged to
this matter and will not accept any return、refund
and order cancellation claimed by delivery delay.

days prior to shipping, we will send a “delivery notification” via email to
you. At the same time you can always check on member center or
courier tracking system for latest shipment status.
The
content of “delivery notification” will offer you the tracking number, courier
service link, and estimated arrival date to help you get the delivery
successfully.
The
courier service provider who we cooperated will inform you to pay the import
tax and tariff relate charges due to the custom regulation of your countries.
You have obligation to pay the charge to fulfill the door to door service. We
are not obliged to compensate or return、refund to this matter.
We
suggest you to check related cost of your local import tax and tariff before place the order to us. We are not
obliged to compensate、return
or refund if any delivery failure occurred.

Payment
Applied
Currency: US dollars.
Retailing
price 30% off is for product only. Delivery and import related tax or tariff is
not included.
Free
delivery service: it is limited to a certain period, and import related tax or
tariff is not included.
We
use PayPal transaction platform for ordering payment. Any failure during
payment transaction, please contact your local PayPal customer service or your
credit card provider.

your
payment completed, we will send the order confirmation to your
email. Meanwhile, you are welcome to check your latest order status from our member center.
Any
causes to payment failure, or transaction unsuccessful and no payment received
by us will consider as ordering unsuccessful.
Please
noted that the currency exchange cost will occur during this international
transaction, Lucky Tree Bio. Co will not provide any compensation at this
matter.
D.
Cancel Order and Refund
For
applying cancel order, please send us an notice with your order number、reason
of cancellation via email or Contact us.
Once received your application successfully, we will send you back an email
after this cancellation is accepted.
When
your payment made, there are 3 calendar days for order cooling-off before order
confirmed.
During
order cooling-off period, if you wish to cancel the order, we will refund your
payment to your PayPal account with 10% deduction of transaction cost.
After
order cooling off period, if you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the
payment to your PayPal account with 30% deduction of original price for order
handling charge and 12% of transaction cost.
After
shipping notification, the goods are ready to be sent or already sent out, we
are not obliged to offer any order cancellation and refund.
For
any refunds, we are not obliged to your loss any currency exchange.
We
will proceed your refund within 3 weeks after order cancellation acceptance is
made. This period does not include the PayPal refund operation time or the
operation time of your credit card bank. If you have not received the payment
after email of “Refund Procedure Completion Notice”, please check with your
local PayPal or your credit card bank for details.
E.
Replacement and Return
Except
for the dead on arrival (DOA)product ( hardware failure, system failure lead to
functioning exceptionally, for example: the product is unable to switch on when
it out of box at first time), We will not take any responsibility or accept any
product return because of improper use or external force damage to the product.
Return
after trial is not accepted. Once the product is taken out of packing boxes and
assembled, it is deemed to be trialed、accepted and unreturnable.
After
the product arrival, you are subject to 7 calendar days of appreciation (not
for trial). During this period, if you wish to return, please send us a notice
to indicate your return reason, and order number via email or Contact us. Soon
after your return be approved, we will provide you with return service.
The
returned goods must be kept in good condition without any damages, dirt, wash up, altered or worn,
all packaging must be kept intact and pack the same as when you received the
goods. Once the return goods is taken out of packing boxes and be assembled and
used, it is deemed to be accepted and unreturnable.
We
will arrange pick up service to take back the return product. Once we have
received your return goods, our technical engineer will conduct a return check
up. Including the international shipping time, the standard return process will
be 30days.
The
pick up service charge and related return handling charge will subject to you.
After
checking up and confirmed that your returned goods are intact, we will refund
your payment after deducting the shipping charge and handling expenses incurred
by the return. The refund will approximately takes 3 weeks to complete.
Dead
on arrival (DOA): if you believe the received product belong to DOA, please
contact us within 7 days after goods arrival. Our technical engineer will make
fair judgement for DOA product and offer you with options below:
1). Replacement:
we will start our replacement process to keep contact with you for product
replacement. Please noted that the product should be confirmed as DOA within 14
days after you received the product.
2).
Repairment:
if you have decided to repair the product, the product warranty will be
initiated and no returnable.
Lucky
Tree has the right to test and check up the returned DOA products. If the
condition of the product is falsely
described by the customer, and lead to extra expense incurred, Lucky
Tree has the right to refuse the refund.
For
other returns that do not fall under the above-mentioned returnable conditions,
Lucky Tree may refuse the refund and is not liable for compensation.
