3. Please be sure to provide the correct recipient, delivery address and contact information to make sure the delivery successfully.

4. The price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties are your obligatory. They will be charged by the carrier at delivery. Lucky Tree Co. does not compensate these charges.

5. Comply with EU customs regulations, if you live in Europe, please provide a valid EORI number or Tax ID number, correct recipient, delivery address and information when ordering, in order to facilitate customs clearance and operations smoothly, also prevent unnecessary delivery delays.

6. After you complete the order, you get lucky tree membership unconditionally. You can check the order status at any time in the member center of lucky-tree.com official website.

7. We strongly recommend you to use of RO (reverse osmosis ) water filters, or any trusted water purification equipment to ensure cleanness of water supply to your plants. Growing with clean water to make sure your dining safety and healthy.

8. Transplanting from other soil / hydroponic to Lucky Tree is strictly prohibited, and it is strongly recommended to follow planting methods which we have suggested. Any form of transplanting may damage the machine and its operation, causing breed pests or parasites, and endanger your health.
